Transitioning from Halloween to Christmas: Thanksgiving Book Tag

Now that Halloween is firmly in my rearview mirror (so sad), Christmas is the next holiday on the calendar that I am most excited about. We celebrate Thanksgiving, but we don’t go hard. I cook, we eat, and maybe even hit a few Black Friday sales, but that’s it. Speaking of food…how about a Thanksgiving themed book tag? This one was created by Anna’s Book Nook. I have changed a few things on their template to suit me. Feel free to do the same.

Thanksgiving Dinner: A book you want to read every year during this season

Deborah Harkness and her team hosts an annual real time read of her series. What’s a real time read?

Its what happens when we read the relevant chapter(s) on the day or days on which the action in that chapter occurs. A Discovery of Witches actually takes place between 9/13 and 10/31.

Life usually happens and I end up falling behind, but I am almost always reading this book around the Thanksgiving season.

If you want to catch it next year, here is the link where you can find the schedule.
